WHY CTF 103 REPRESENTS A GENERATIONAL SHIFT IN THE TUNISIAN CIRCUIT

DEEP DIVE INVESTIGATION // TUNIS OPERATIONAL FIELD NOTE

In the subterranean network laboratories of the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis (FST), competitive hacking has never been a simple hobby. It has long functioned as the crucible where Tunisia's most formidable security practitioners first broke compiled binaries, intercepted radio waves, and dissected state-of-the-art vulnerability primitives.

Under the helm of organizer Securinets FST, the 3rd edition marks a deliberate departure from standard, recycled challenges. The tournament architecture synthesizes Jeopardy with intense, round-based Attack-Defense mechanics, challenging student teams and regional veteran units across six demanding disciplines:

01 // REVERSEARM64 / eBPF ObfuscationDisassembly & tracing
02 // PWNKernel ROP & Heap SorceryModern mitigation bypass
03 // CRYPTOPost-Quantum & Lattice BreaksAlgebraic structure attacks
04 // WEB EXPLOITSZero-Day Deserialization & WasmParser differentials & SSRF
